(A) 800 tech
support $100
setup fee and $2.00 per member per month. Generic call
center with branded support once the ISP has been
determined. Supports Windows and Mac users. You must have
an 800 number pointed to our toll free number. You may also
forward a support email address to us for email support
service.
(B) Integrated
Email/Webspace Package $100 setup fee and $100 per 1000 accounts (or portion there
of) per month. Example: You have 1100 accounts (email
+ webspace) you are billed $200 ($100 * 2). Email accounts
are pop3 / smtp and also include a simple web based
interface for your traveling members. Endusers get email
account(s) on signup with your software or instant
activation script. They also, optionally, get 10 megs of
personal web space.

Member
Billing $100 setup fee. No monthly fee. Takes a week for
us to program. You must have an Authorize.net merchant
account. When your new members join, they are added to
a separate billing data base automatically. You ensure the
billing database is accurate and up to date using the
interface we provide. On the date of your choosing,
you can bill your membership. The database will produce a
comma separated file that you can "batch upload" into
Authorize.net. You then move expired and declined cards into
a late file while you contact your membership to get updated
information. Then at times of your choosing you "batch
upload" the late file into Authorize.net. "Late members" who
are successfully billed are then moved back to the "Main
Billing" for next month. You can reattempt your failed
members as many times as you like.
(D) Custom, private label,
realms (Included for no extra charge or setup fees in the Growth 75 Plan) Instead of using our standard realms for each
network, you can order Custom, Private Label, realms so that
your enduser's email address would be the same as their
dialup username. The following realm setup fees apply:
